vBulletin 4 Request - Fix for Unanswered Search Exclusions Bug
 

I'd seriously appreciate any help with this and hopefully it isn't a big job at all for somebody with the know-how. Here's the thread: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...=244842&page=4

It's a mod that adds an option to search for threads with no replies. Its main functionality still works great, even on the latest vBulletin 4. Unfortunately it seems the function to exclude forums in the searches no longer works for whatever reasons. This has been a problem for me since it includes threads like site updates that weren't supposed to be replied to anyway.

Somebody did suggest a fix on that last page which is a modification to search.php. Unfortunately it happens for every search so excluded forums won't appear in any search.

This is a fantastic mod and I'd be grateful for a fix! Cheers. :)

Soomone else on our admin team took care of this years ago before I was an admin. I see we have that product installed, but disabled. What we did was set up a link using the Navigation Manager as follows:

You can see the list of forumids we have excluded. :)
