Expired Subscriptions
 

Greetings,

Where is the setting that controls what user group a member is assigned to if their paid subscription is expired?

When the Paid Subscription task runs.

In the Subscription Manager you can assign the primary group and secondary groups, for when they successfully pay.

I cannot find any setting or option. In the user group or subscription managers.

They will be moved back to their default usergroup which is the Registered Users usergroup.

Yep. That is what I thought.

But, the forum I just took over sets them to a custom group.

I was hoping the "default" group was a setting and not hard coded.
