Newsletter options. Whats affordable?

So Ive been running a VB site for about 10 years and I was using a newsletter hack that I could totally customize and send out once a week to my members but my hosting has now put huge limitations on my email account. I can only sent about 100 emails a day with a max of 1000 a week. Since I use the email for work also that really limits my options. And if I go over even one email they suspend my hosting.

So.... Does anyone know of a good 3rd party email/newsletter provider that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to use. Ive got about 11,000 member's so not a major list but it will still add up with some of the email providers.

Thanks for your time and suggestions.

https://www.mailgun.com/ 10,000 emails free every month.
I use Mailgun myself for multiple websites and I'm very happy with it. Even if you were to send 50,000 emails every month it would only be $20/month. Mailgun doesn't have a newsletter option though.

Another big one that does support newsletters is https://mailchimp.com/pricing/growing-business/

Thanks Dave Ill look into both of those.

Sendgrid.net is another option. They don't have a free version but you can send up to 40,000 emails a month for $9.95.

We're prepping a newsletter service for vBulletin forums that will cost $10 per month, per 10,000 members, for weekly newsletters. More info here if you're interested: http://info.threadloom.com/newsletter-beta.

Dave/Mark/Wayne - can you help educate me here? Mailchimp looks like a great option. However, does using a service like Mailchimp totally remove the risk of getting one's site email server blacklisted? I'm not really sure how these services work?

I have a small site with just 800+ members.

Dave - can you give me more details on how the Mailchimp product works?

Note that options like Mailchimp do not integrate completely with your forum. You can't just select the forums you want and have it scheduled to send out latest posts or threads like you could with real vBulletin newsletters like CommBull (no longer available and doesn't work with newer 4.x versions or 5).

Yeah, I've checked out their site - and still figuring it out. I do like their drag and drop email creation - very simple to use. If you copy and paste a post it copies all of the formatting and links, not just text. That's very cool. Not sure what the free vs. paid option differences are?

For mailchimp, it's the number of emails sent out per month
