Some advice please
 

when any of our members forget their passwords all we do is send them a password reminder and all is ok.

There is one member who decides to change his email and then his password and for some reason it puts this member back in users awaiting email confirmation.

Is this normal.

Under AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Registration Options > Verify Email address in Registration.
If this is set to yes, it will also verify the email again when the user changes their email of their forum account.

Yes it is normal, as Dave says it depends how settings is.
If member that decide to change email and put a fake one or wrong one??
its the only way to catch him...


I have this too, EMAIL CHANGE ALERT, so when member decides for this action i get informed. :)
