General Question.. about cleansing.
 
So I have had a website that I am working on the side for a few years and over the years I have had numerous signups... I have a dreaded feeling they are all mostly fake :)

How do I:

1) delete all users and start fresh so I have a clean user list?

2) in order to keep the "real" ones how do I send a massive email to all users that they need to re-register?

3) I am 99.999 % certain most are fake accounts ..

Thanks for any advice or guides...
