Usergroup Change After Subscription
 

Is the anyway of moving a member from one user group to another after they've paid subscription? At the moment it just adds them to registered and paid so both ranks show where as I want them to move to paid only and show one rank.

In the AdminCP under Paid Subscriptions > Subscription Manager > edit your subscription, does it state that the primary usergroup should be changed or did you only check the additional usergroups?

It did say additional, now changed to primary and no additional.
