Can't add a new rank

I have a weird problem .. I can't add (create) a new rank because there is no ID in the page to create a new one ...

That looks identical to the form I get when I click "Add New User Rank" (except I have an additional field for "Rank Order" via a product). Once you fill out the form, and save it, an id should be assigned to it. :)

It worked now Mark thanks ... weird cuz it wouldn't save earlier ...
