vBulletin 5 Request - Limit new thread/post per day for VB5

Willing to pay some fees for a mod that enables vB5 to limit the number of thread and/or reply a certain membergroup can post per day (resets at midnight based on the timezone set by the forum not the user setting).

If other people would be interested as well, maybe we can fund this together, if the forum allows this of course.
