Looking for an application form extension
 
I recently upgraded from 4.x to 5.x on my vbulletin site. One add-on that I had before was an application form that new members of my gaming guild would fill out and submit. I don't recall 100%, but it may have been the Advanced Applications Forms add-on that is now in the 4.x graveyard. Does anyone know if there's a 5.x version out somewhere? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the vB5 version was put in the graveyard long before the vB4 version. And to my knowledge nobody has written a forms add-on for vB5.

I have no intention of coding for vB any more. Or at least not in the near future.
