Removing "Channel" title in url

For example, right now the url is
http://www.yoursite.com/forum/yoursi...-announcements

How can I make it to
www.yoursite.com/forum/forum-announcements

Is really a head pain to have long url.

vB5 urls are basically fixed, you cannot [easily] change them.
