Logged out after 30 seconds
 
Since the hack we keep getting logged out by the forum board within seconds instead of 63 minutes which is the current setting.
This annoyance can be fixed by putting a check in the "remember me box" and then I've stayed logged in for hours with no issue.

But why isn't the current time of 63 minutes not working? Why are people logged out after a few minutes?

Because its a dumb figure.

There isnt any good reason to change it from the default, and the higher you set it, the more potential issues it could cause you.

So, you have the session timeout set to 3780? or to 63? (the session timeout is in seconds, not minutes)
