vBulletin 4 Request - Reason for moving thread

Looking for a modification that when you go to move a thread, you can either input a reason or select from a drop down list of reasons. :)

On the screen that follows after clicking Move Thread.

No I mean what will be done with the reason once the thread is moved...where will it show, etc.

Oops, it would show in the Moderator Log which is seen under Edit Thread.
