Help with custom vb

Hello,

I found a free custom vb script on here but I don't think the dev is active anymore it's for custom VIP could someone help me fix it. (WOrks on some pages)

It works on some parts and bits..

EDIT: vb 3.8 it doesn't work on showgroups or the forum display.
