Reset Admin Pass via phpMyAdmin
 
Long story short ... password reset email is showing up and have lost password to the admin user account. Reading through is seems VB uses Md5 Salt Md5 to hash the passwords. Any instruction on how to generate all of that?

Use tools.php.

The procedure is described here for vB3, should be the same for vB4.

Following those instructions after I access tools.php ... I assume I am to click on "Reset Admin Access"? When I do that it kicks me out to the screen where I need to enter the Customer Number each time.

Is there another link I should be clicking or has something gone haywire?
