Sub menu

How can I add a sub-menu to my menu?
If you look at my forum: www.interfans.org/forum I need to add a Menu link: TEAM under the tab VIDEO

I am trying to use the tab manager, but can't add the URLto the sub menu

Tab Manager ?

You need to use the Navigation Manager.

yes navigation manager, I can't add URL to the sub menu
