Default avatar size in posts

Hi everyone.
is there a way to match avatars with the avatar window in posts and in the thumbnails on home page and boards?
We've set 160x160 as maximum avatar size, but only users that have entered this exact size have avatars that match every window (even the "no avatar" does not match).
Image example of what I mean in attachment.
