Change background for text in text editor?

How to change the background for text in the text editor like in the screenshot ?

The issue is the text is white for the entire site. If I change the background of the text editor box to darker colour then the white text can be seen. Just not sure how to do it?

In fact, I just figured it ok. False alarm.
