vBSHOUT not loading 30-50 % of the time when refreshing page
 
My web techs are a bit stumped by this as well, can anyone give them any suggestions concerning my shoutbox?

You best bet would be to post your question in the vbshout modification thread to get better results as your question posted here may not be read by those that use that shoutbox.
