Plugins off

My plugins have suddenly stopped working after a malware scan / cleanup.

- config file looks good (hooks not disabled).

- The plugin manager shows they are enabled

- The Enable Plugin/Hook System is set to yes.

Anything else I should check?

Try disabling, one at a time, any products that have plugins hooked at any global locations.
