So, my interest is due to this website Nihonomaru created in the vBulletin platform. My question is, how can I create a website like this? Could you please guide me? :D

I like the section manga and anime, in fact I like everything from this website. I fell in love at first sight. :3

I don't see any indication that it was made in vBulletin, looks more like it was custom made.

Can you code a website? Do you have those skills?

Putting together something like that is not a matter of pressing a few buttons.

You would need to hire a web developer.

I only look for information before buying the product. I think it's normal.

But you did not ask IF you can do that with vBulletin, but HOW, you asked for guidance to do that. That's not a level of support you'll get before you're a license holder. Maybe not even then, because that's not a sunday afternoon project. You'll need considerable knowledge of web techniques yourself.

The site looks like it was done with something like Wordpress or Joomla. These are powerful CMS (content management system) software that enable you to build a webpage for free. From what I can on that site, there is nothing there that needs specialist coding knowledge. All their nice pictures are taken from the genre they are covering, and have not been specially coded.

If you want your own specially coded logos/backgrounds etc, that would require coding knowledge, but that is NOT what that site is using.

If you know PHP and web design, it took you 2 to 4 days to create a website like that (building site from scratch)

If you know Wordpress, it took you 1 to 2 days to a website like that.

Also I don't know why you like it because it doesn't have a responsive theme to run as well on mobile devices.
