Active menu on forum navigation

Hello,

I have built a mega menu for our Forum Web but now I want to have active menus when click on the links on its navigation.

I mean when a link is visited, it will have the status is active as following image

I am thinking of using if condition in vBulletin but not sure what can solve this or not.

Any suggestions!
