RSS feeds not working for other members

For some reason the RSS links are NOT working when attributing other members to the links. Do they have to sign in for the RSS to work under their name? Also, I seem to be getting this msg:

Status is over 140 characters.

What do you mean they aren't working under their name?

The feeds on your site seem to be working fine for me.

Where are you seeing that message about over 140 characters?
