Difference between STANDARD_ERROR & STANDARD_ERROR_LITE ?

I'm trying to figure out when STANDARD_ERROR is called versus STANDARD_ERROR_LITE

I've only seen my forum show STANDARD_ERROR pages.
Is it related to some vBulletin settings?
Or is STANDARD_ERROR_LITE only called from certain pages?

While I'm asking, how about STANDARD_ERROR_LOGIN?
