how to change text at top
 
i would like to change the default text that says :
"If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below."

where exactly to change this? what file, what line and how to reach to the file?

also i like to make one word (register) in the text above, bigger font there. how?

Go to AdminCP > Notices > Notices Manager. Then edit default_guest_message.
