i am new in vb 4

i have installed it , end works good butt i got some thing , that am trying to enabled it butt i dont where i can enabled it

*When user click New Thread ,
He Comes to * Vb Editor
Butt there no options , for Color changing , font size , image putting , etc ,

please tell me how i can fix this am , adding a , image so you will understand clearly what am talking about ,

First, try looking in your general settings (in your UserCP) to make sure you do not have "Basic Editor - A simple text box" selected in the "Message Editor Interface" setting.

If you do have that selected, then use one of the other two settings (I recommend "Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls" because I don't care for the WYSIWYG editor.).

Okay, follow (this is not in the AdminCP as it is a personal user setting):

Settings -> My Settings -> General Settings

Then scroll down to the "Miscellaneous Options" section, and the first setting in that section is "Message Editor Interface."

You should have 3 choices there. Which one do you have chosen? If you don't have 3 choices, then we can fix that.

Just to be sure, you looked on your forum's home page, and not in the AdminCP, right? At the top right of your page, you should see the "top links" element:

Click "Settings" and you should find it there...:)

these 3ree options are there

Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing (this one was check)
Basic Editor - A simple text box
Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls

Okay, now follow:

AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Message Posting Interface Options

In the setting labeled "Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls" what do you have?

Okay, try using the default vB style and see if the issue is present there. If not, then your custom style has an issue.
