Settings to make attached images show like this?

Having a bit of trouble figuring out how to tweak the settings just right to make it mimic the way this site handles them.

Messing with this setting if anyone is interested. This is how tenforums handles "retrieved images" which vbulletin treats as attachments... so..

Enabling this option will turn on the Advanced Insert Image Dialog, which will allow users to insert images from the computer, or retrieve images referenced from a URL and store them locally. Disabling this option will display the legacy from URL attachment dialog.
