How can I insert this Gallery on my forum

I have downloaded all the files but i'm not where to put them.
I want to put it in the place with black lines.

Looks like it is a slider, not a gallery. Here is the tutorial:
http://www.jssor.com/tutorial/

Think you need their program called Slider Maker.. There is most likely a fee involved.
