you can give points as a user
and have contests to give more as a staff members

which you can spend in a store like yours

It's simple...

Yuo hack in the point giving system of your choice.
Then make a store type script that used those points.

Palmer already released the 'points hack' that would let mods or admins give points to users based on special contests, posts, ect.
