Dear Community,

I am trying to add that Vbulletin Mobile app to my site (bought also the license for it), but when I try to add the Api Key & Domain Name it says to me:

My vbulletin version is 4.2.2 I tried to upgrade it to 4.2.4, but still no success. What can I do in that case?

You need to do as it says and upgrade to 4.2.4, the current mobile app requires MAPI v8, which is only in the vB3 & vB4 versions mentioned.

You'll need to provide the error information on why you couldn't upgrade to get help.

Hm, but it says VB4 - 4.2.4, so the versisons between 4 and 4.2.4 should also work and we have 4.2.3.

But anyways I upgraded today to -> 4.2.4 Candidate Release 1 or something like that, but it still didn't work.

Yeah it should be written better, but that is not 4 through 4.2.4, it is vB4 version 4.2.4 Beta 1 or higher

If you have upgraded to 4.2.4 beta 1, what errors are you getting?

Nope, you are reading that completely wrong. It just means vB4 - Version 4.2.4.

There is no version that is just "4", it would say 4.0.0 - 4.2.4 if thats what it meant.

(In fact 4.2.5 would be ok as well, that didnt exist when the message was created)
