ASO service on the skids?

I have been with them for YEARS, 10 or so. Seems the last year to 18 months their tech help has fell on its face big time, BIG TIME. Anyone else that uses them see this?

Not even sure what "ASO Service" refers to?

Think he is talking about A Small Orange, web hosting comp.

A Small Orange.

I have written 3 tickets in the last 4 days to the same dept. All three disappeared from the ticket queue. I have 6 week old tickets sent to the support/help/tech people, still not been looked at. This has been going on for a good 18 months. I end up getting on their LIVE HELP CHAT to get anyone there to help me.
They used to be so good, johnny on the spot service. That is LONG gone.

Ah, thanks for explanation.

The fact that there's no public contact information or phone number on the site should of raised some flags. By the looks of it, it's a EIG company (which also owns HostGator). I would move away as soon as possible to another hosting company. I can recommend stablehost.com.

I was first recommended them here like 10 years ago. Back then and for years you got tech help with in MINUTES during the week anytime, maybe a bit longer on the weekend, to be expected, they did anything I needed. Now you are lucky to get them to fix anything with in hours much less days. Right now I am having issues with them getting a simple task done. I can no longer tell anyone to use these guys. I only stay because my sites are running well, have few issues anymore I can't deal with myself.
Seems to me moving to another company would be a pain. I have never done it.

That's because the EIG company took them over. They buy medium/big sized hosting companies all the time and then take away most of the support to increase profits.

well that is too bad. They were a great company.
