Thread starter icon hack?
 
I've searched but can't find something I've seen on a couple of forums in the past.

Essentially, upon opening a forum to see the list of threads, there is a relatively large icon displaying the thread starters username and then the thread title to the right of this icon, as opposed to the default standard of having the thread starter/title stacked in regular text.

Is there a hack for this for vb4?
