Username and My Profile links don't work
 

I'm creating my first Vb forum and when I test the page almost everything works fine. But if I click on my username after the word welcome at the top, the page won't load, the same happens for the My Profile link. On my iPad I just get a blank page, on my desktop it's something along the lines of page cannot be reached.

Have I messed something up somewhere?

Link? What version of vB did you install? What version of PHP and MySQL are on the server?

Thank you lynne for your reply, however my host's tech team offered to fix the problem for me :-)
