New Topic Issues
 
When you click on "New Topics" below the nav bar, it returns with this:

is there a reason for this? I only have about 16,000 posts with 5,700 topics. I know VBulletin has much more then me and it's function works along with other sites new topics button.

look into navigationelement at sitebuilder and check if your url is like the standard:
