VBSHOUT Issue

We have a big database but it seems that there is a problem with 2 members.

Each time the 2 members shout, the unregistered guests cannot see their shouts.

All the members who are logged in are able to see the shouts, just NOT THE UNREGISTERED GUESTS.

I have tried everything:(

We even upgraded the shoutbox to the latest version...

Any help?

Issues regarding vBulletin products uploaded here should be posted in the thread for that product:

[DBTech] vBShout v6 (vB4) [AJAX]

Coincidentally, another user has recently reported the exact same issue. That user was asked by the developers:

"Can you tell me what common factors exist between these two members?"

The product developer(s) will be much more likely to see posts about issues with their products if they are posted in the thread for the product. So, please post in that thread and describe the issue as completely as possible, including the requested information above. :)

Probably my web tech asking the same question, I'm quite impatient :p

As far as common factor, the two members most likely had each other on ignore... I really have checked everything but came to no conclusion as of yet.

Thanks for the info on where would be more suitable to post!
