i have a question - how can I move top link here (screen): http://i.imgur.com/Kw6iel4.png ?
Or how can I add new hyperlinks in this place?
It is very important for me, please help me.

Finding top links in nav template and move to where you wanted.

of you want to add custom links to that place, find that place in your forum template then add.
