Can't sign up to vbulletin.com forums

I'm trying to sign up, I have no accounts on their forums or emails assosicated but when I click sign up it says this

Any advice? :/

I am unable to repliacte that, works fine here (using FF).

Managed to make an account successfully using Firefox, although I'm unable to login to Vbulletin.com forums on Chrome.

"That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message." when trying to login on the forums.

You get that message only when trying to login using Chrome? Or with both Firefox and Chrome?

In Chrome, try clearing your cache.

In the top right click the 3 bars:

Go to More Tools:
Go to "Clear Browsing Data"
Check cookies and other site and plugin data
Check cached images and files
Click "Clear Browsing Data

See if that helps you out.
