Need help with thumbnails not displaying

I've had some issues recently with PHP being updated at the host company and affecting my VB forum, initially not working, but now just having trouble with thumbnails. I've done research on it and have done everything I can do within my limited abilities but need some of your expert help.

e9coupe.com/forum v3.8.3

I rebuilt thumbnails and made sure the settings were correct for viewing, etc. and it seems like older thumbnails display but newer ones don't. I might be wrong, but that's what it seems like to me. Where do I go from here?

What version of php were you upgraded to? The reason I ask is because older version of vb do not run on newer versions of php. For recent versions of php you should be running 3.8.9.

PHP Info shows 5.4.45.

There is a few php edits you need to do so 3.8.3 will work with php 5.4 but I don't remember them without doing a bit of digging, its been a few years.
Go over to vbulletin.com and search there.
If your host allows you to change your php version then you can always switch back to php 5.3 but, I would not recommend it.
Whats the highest 3.8 version you can upgrade to in the members area via vbulletin.com?
