Blank Pages - CMS & Related Items

Hi all,

I'm having some issues with my forums and am hoping someone can give me some pointers.

4-5 days ago my website root (stormspire.net) stopped working. It just shows a blank page. The forums themselves (/forum.php) and the rest of the forums seem to be working fine.

Any page related to the CMS is showing a blank page as well.

The weird thing is that I didn't touch the site at all in the past few months. I tried the following;

1. Disabling addons one by one.

2. Loading a blank theme to see if a template was at fault.

3. Rebooting the server.

4. Logging in as a guest, from a different computer.

Any idea?

Look here https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages. That should help.

Thanks Kevin. I've done/checked pretty much every item on the list besides those listed below. PS check your email ;).

[qoute]1. You did not upload the vB files correctly. Reupload the vB non-image files and make sure you upload these in ASCII format and that you overwrite the ones on the server. Make sure you upload the Admin CP files to the admincp directory specified in your config.php file. Then, if you can access the Admin CP, run 'Suspect File Versions' in Diagnostics to make sure you have all the original files for your version:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

Do any show as 'File does not contain expected contents', 'version mismatch' or missing? If so, you need to reupload the original vB non-image files. Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.[/quote]

A whole bunch of items are listed here, as expected. I just don't know where to start - I suppose VBSEO would be the first stop. Though uninstalling that damn addon without breaking the site seems like a challenge.

16. Check your .htaccess file for any rewrite rules that may be effecting the page(s) you are having the issue with. If your problem is only in one particular directory, you may need to exclude the rewrite rules from working in that directory.

Not sure how to do this. The .htaccess file isn't appearing in my file manager. Might need to log in via actual ftp. Will google this later.
