youtube video player error

Hello friends, I have a problem and do not know that only the administrator can view youtube players in the CMS. So you see the admin:

And the guests and users groups see it as in photo 2

User groups have permission to view the articles in the CMS.

If I copy and paste text and code [video] CMS in a regular forum thread, users if they can see the player. Only occurs in the CMS

AdminCP / Settings / Options / BB Code Settings

Allow [VIDEO] Code in Non Forum Specific Areas

Is that set to "Yes?"
