Auto Move Threads
 

Hi Guys -

I want to have the vbulletin system auto move threads to a different forum. Is this possible? Anyone have any suggestions on where to code this, or any other suggestion?

When do you auto move?

I am building a deal site, so once a member indicates the deal is dead we'd move it to a different forum. Ideally, if the words "Expired Deal" were in this thread the system would auto detect these words and move it. Of course, were open to other ways as well.

You need some custom code, run by the cron system, to look for these threads and update their forum in the database.
