I can't enter in some mobile API pages

Hi,

I have problems with the mobile API documentation, because some sections are close. I have a vbulletin 4 and 5 license and I need access to this sections. For example I can enter in this sections:

But I can't enter in this other sections (for example)

I have user in vbulletin.com but I can't enter in the api section with this user. Whats the problem?Can you help me?
