How to detect / remove currently registered spam users

Hey,

I have around 20k+ spam users already registered - I am working on adding mods to stop more registering and posting but those already registered are causing a headache.

I am moderating new threads but with 26,326 in the queue I dont see that ever happening and its stopping new legit threads being added.

Is there any way to find the spammers?
