Next Post / Previous Post

We'd like to have "Next Post" & "Previous Post" links at the bottom of the page when you are viewing the comments on a particular post. Is this possible? We are using 5.2.1. It seems like this was standard in an old version, but not in the current version. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
