Is it possible to display Emojis rather than black diamonds
When a user posts an Emoji from the official Emoji keyboard, it displays as a black diamond with a ? inside. I'm aware this is due to the forum not using the same character set or what not but is this at all possible just for them to display rather than a <?>

No, they should use the emoji's that belong to vBulletin in order for it to be displayed on all devices and browsers.
