Album options for 3.8?
 

working on a 3.8.9 upgrade wondering what gallery options/mods are preferred or available...

they had photopost on there but im curious of other options

then there is still the issue to reclaim the photopost database images to vb...hmm

There's the built in album option in vb 3.8 that you can use. Is there some reason why that doesn't work for you?

ya just hoping for something a bit more dynamic and that can pull contents to display somewhere beyond a simple list of every album on the site thrown together...

it was using photopost so thats what the 18k members are used to atm...looking for something suitably similar or at least a couple nice feature or even to better know what options there are ....

and honestly it seems we need some sort of import script to reclaim the photopost files, so if there happened to be an option that could import from photopost that would be ideal...

i understand that photopost will allow others to modify/fix/manually update their scripts but im also wondering how difficult and sustainable something like that would be, especially with php7 so imminent
