Removed 'banned' users from Who's Online
 
Is there a plugin for this? Can't seem to find one.

tested and working now, only removes username from the list, doesnt effect online count and user still shows on online.php

this will be added to my active avatars mod the one that shows the avatars in whats going on (renaming to enhanced online users) where it will have more options.

Give this product (which I have attached) a try.

Once you import it, you will need to go to its settings and enable the product, and choose the usergroup(s) you wish to hide from the currently active users and who's online. User counts are adjusted accordingly so that the hidden users are not counted among those online. :)

dang you mark lol, idk why mines working for me but not greg =/ i need more users so i can test things on a broader scale lol

Yeah, I did feel a pang of guilt stepping in on this thread. :eek: I have also only tested it on a dev site, with just me online...but I am virtually sure it will work in a live environment.

With a few minor changes, I now have a vB 4 version too (it removes the affected names from "Who Visited" as well).

I will add the option to hide users by username as well before officially publishing both versions. :D
