since impex is not supprted any more, do you have any plans to replace it? You are the only software without a convertor/importer.

I think it's very unlikely that a volunteer will continue to support Impex or that they will make a new converter.

why not it would increase thier profit whenn people with established forums like me switch to vb!

Definitely would increase their profit.

Thing is that it's a lot of work to make a converter for each forum software out there and then they also have to make sure it's being updated all the time when each forum software changes their table structure or release updates. That's probably the reason they discontinued it.

So every single forum software PAID + FREE can do it why not vb

I don't know. Maybe time and money is a problem?

It's supported by Zachery in his spare time, have you spoken to him regarding a current issue with it or did you just want to know if "it will work with this software version ##" to import your software into vB before purchasing?

I can't recall if unlicensed usergroup has permissions to post in that forum, if not PM Zachery or I will re-post your inquiries on your behalf :cool:.

using ipb 3.4.8 maybe he could do it, but since i dont have a license maybe someone could ask him?

You can always fix it up and help support the ImPex, help Zachery out on it...give him some ideas about it.

But as TheLastSuperman has said, it's still supported but by Zachery.

Should buy a license as well to be able to work with him on adding it in there.
