usergroup arent upgraded automatically

Hello,

I have created few usergroups.

Like one usergroup promotion after 50 posts and 30 days of registrations!

Previously it was working fine but i noticed , now it is not working! (since almost 1 yr and vbulletin.com team isnt replying)

i have to upgrade user group manually from admincp, they are not promoted automatically!

Can you tell me how to fix it?

I am using vb 4.2.2

I have attached screenshot. Everything is fine but still it is not working and it was working previusly..almost 1 yr now..posted query on vb.com to...but vbulletin team isnt replying at all
