Hello, I am new to vBulletin and new to these forums. First off I would just like to confirm that my membership is showing as licenced and that I am at the right forum for priority tech support for licenced users of vBulletin version 5.2. Thank you.

It would appear that you found one of the places...
Here is the other one...http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/
There, with your membership, you will be let in to secret areas. . . .not open to the general public. Hush hush. .

Not so sure about the last bit though...not the priority bit at least...
You might have to wait sometimes...Not all, but some. . .

Hello and welcome to vBorg, Kenny!

This site is a community of vBulletin owners. Many of the folks here upload styles/products they have developed for the benefit of the community.

The help given here is done on a voluntary basis, and is not part of your licensing agreement (that is, there is no obligation to provide help). The best way to get timely help with any issue is to post a clear description of the issue and any events you notice triggering it, and include screenshots and/or links to pages containing the issue as needed. If it is a PHP issue, give the version of PHP you are running, and likewise if it is a database issue, post your MySQL version. The more relevant information you include, the more quickly others can provide good help. :)
