Is quick creating threads from forumhome possible?

Hi,

Is there anyone out there who knows if there is a script that makes it possible to quick create a thread from the forumhome template. E.g. a user clicks "Quick create" and a pop up displays in the theme and will ask them what forum they want to post in, or take them to a create thread screen with the option of which forum to post in.

I'm doing a complete overhaul of my vB3.8 theme and would love to implement this into it. I've tried searching the forums but came to no luck.

Is this even possible?

The same idea and I finished it on my forum http://www.webmastersun.com

You can have a look on how it works, if you want to do this, using Jquery (to show popups) and vB codes to show selected forums for members ( logged into the forum ) to choose and start posting to forums they want.

I am not on your forum, you are using on vB3x.
